We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect / Consultant with expertise in Smart Building technologies. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leading them from concept to deployment. You will define robust, scalable, and secure software-hardware integrated architectures that optimize building infrastructure, enhance occupant experience, and drive operation efficiencies.

● Strategic Leadership: Lead client engagements to define building digital transformation, specifically focusing on smart building ecosystems, facility management, and operational technology (OT) integration.

● Architecture Design: Design end-to-end smart building solutions, ensuring seamless integration between building management systems (BMS), IoT sensors, cloud platforms, AI applications and other relevant technologies.

● Client Advisory: Act as the primary technical point of contact, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and solution blueprints.

● Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., Digital Twins, AI-driven predictive maintenance, ESG reporting) and incorporate best practices into solution designs.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure the successful delivery and scalability of proposed solutions.

● Experience: 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, IT consulting, or systems engineering, with a proven track record in the Smart Building, PropTech, or Industrial IoT sectors.

● Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IoT protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT), cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data integration patterns.

● Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with building automation systems (Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, etc.) and how to bridge them with modern IT infrastructure.

● Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects and influence C-level stakeholders.

● Communication: Exceptional presentation and English/Cantonese/Putonghua communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
