      1. Make good use of the advantages of "One Country, Two Systems" to create favorable conditions for the development of the digital economy

      2. Pay attention to data security issues and ensure the healthy development of the digital economy

      3. Strengthen internal and external communication, build a "Dual Circulation" strategic node and an international digital hub

      4. Inherit Chinese culture and build a inclusive digital society

Allen Yeung emphasized that Hong Kong's development of the digital economy requires leveraging the advantages of the "One Country, Two Systems", coordinating security and development, and creating a digital hub that combines national strategic support and international competitiveness through institutional innovation, technological breakthroughs, regional coordination, and cultural integration. While serving the country's "Dual Circulation" strategy, injecting high-quality development momentum into Hong Kong, consolidating its unique role as a "Super Contact" and "Super Value-added Person", and providing a new era model for the stable and far-reaching implementation of "One Country, Two Systems".
